“I visited the salon today for the first time and had my nails done by Charlotte. She was very friendly and nice, and she did a great job. I really like my nails. Also, the environment was very clean and tidy, unlike other salons where you feel you sit on a pile of nail dust. Another plus was the free parking right outside the salon. I will definitely visit it again! - - - - - Second time at the salon today - Charlotte did my nails again. Excellent experience, same as last time. My only comment is that setting up a booking system would be very useful for you and your clients”

“I went to Jade and Ella Nail Spa for the first time last week for gel nails. They did a wonderful job; really great quality and neat nails. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. While I was in there, a lady came in to the shop to get out of the rain after her taxi had dropped her off in the wrong place. The staff at Jade and Ella Nail Spa went above and beyond to help this lady, who was actually on the way to a job interview. They rang a taxi for her, and waited outside in the rain with her to make sure she was picked up. Lovely staff.”

“Just want to say what a fabulous Salon! All staff were so lovely and made you feel welcome, even offering myself and my mum a drink (she wasn't a customer). I want to mention Summer who was so so lovely, she took extreme care on removing my previous acrylic set which was very appreciated. Also Ash (i think, oops), who was so delicate with my nail art and again, such a lovely person to chat to! All staff, including the wonderful Katie treated you like a friend not just a customer. My first experience here was amazing and I will be going nowhere else!”

“I would highly recommend. I went in to have some acrylic nails removed, that I had put on from another establishment a few weeks ago. I didn't want to go back to the previous place even though the job was good the experience felt a bit like cattle on a line and i spent 45 minutes being gestured at whilst the staff just chatted away amongst themselves. The staff at The Nail Bar were welcoming, engaged, full of energy and showed a genuine interest in advising me and other customers who were there at the time and making us feel relaxed. So much so that I decided to have get some gel polish colour too. Really please with the final effect - I got home and my 3 usually non interested in "girls stuff" boys all complemented my nails (without my having to ask or hint!). Will definitely be back.”
