“This was my first visit post consultation where I was to receive my first treatment with Dr Dimi. Immediately I felt relaxed when greeted at the door, prior to the treatment Dr Dimi went through the procedure that I was having and made sure all my questions were answered. During the treatment Dr Dimi ensured that I was ok and remained comfortable which I was! Post treatment I was made aware of all the aftercare that I needed to do and I could contact him if I needed to prior to our follow up consultation. “I had a breast reduction surgery, and I cannot fault my experience with transform. From the day I signed up for my free consultation to the day I was officially discharged, the team at transform were extremely kind and helpful. The surgeon Mr Bhati and the nurse assigned to me (Nicki) both walked me through the process and ensured I was fully informed before making a decision to proceed with surgery. Although I did not use this option, Transform also provides a loan towards your surgery, and you can set up a payment plan that works best for you which is great. My surgery was done in Birmingham in a lovely little hospital with just as lovely staff who dotted over me the whole time. “I was preparing my dinner and unintentionally cut one of my right forefinger. It was quite deep and bloody, I was panic because it was almost 9 p.m. Luckily, it was still open and one clinician approached me and asked whether I was ok. He treated me well and professionally, the most interesting part was I did pay nothing since he said it was only a minor injury. Hadn't I gone there, my forefinger would have worsen. “Rashad is a extremely professional no nonsense therapist who cuts straight to the point. His extensive knowledge of anxiety is unparalleled in comparison to anyone else I have spoke to about it. When I first spoke to him I was suffering from a wide variety of symptoms that I never thought could be related to anxiety. I could not work and hardly leave the house without being in pain. Doctors spent ages trying to figure out what was wrong with me and I had a huge amount on intrusive tests and numerous medications. With Rashad's help and guidance I have returned to work with a new outlook on life and what I thought was unachievable is now within grasp and I find myself questioning what is next constantly. “Hearing is super important in general, but as a performer, I rely on my hearing heavily to be able to do my job. I’m a little bit prone to poorly ears, but for the past week and a half I’ve had an ear infection and loss of hearing (like I was underwater). After my tour weekend, I went back to the doctors and they just told me I had a blockage and to use olive oil across 7-10 days and go back to them. Unfortunately this wasn’t really an option again due to my career and the pain I was in, so I decided to look for an alternative privately. Online I came across Trent Ear Wax Clinic who managed to get me in to the clinic THAT SAME DAY for MICRO-SUCTION - I’d never had this treatment before but at this point I was willing to try anything, especially since I had a show the next day. Let me tell you it was worth the journey and every single penny!! Fantastic and caring customer service , in depth advice and the treatment itself was INSTANT relief!!! “Really had no idea what to expect when booking in cryo. Charlotte was absolutely brilliant about making sure to explain the process, results and aftercare. Charlotte took the time to consult with me about what my ideal results would be, what my goals are and how I would want to maintain my progress long-term. Charlotte also took the time to consult with my about a few different options that fit my aesthetic goals, lifestyle, budget and timelines. She made the whole process easy peazy from start to finish, put my nerves and ease and spoke to me on a very friendly and professional level. “I booked at appointment with James using the online system the day I injured myself at the gym. This was just six days before an exceptionally important competition. An appointment was available for the coming day. James was polite, open and listened to me. He examined me and after a number of questions diagnosed my fault. He worked on my body. I left my first appointment confident that I knew what was wrong and with some easy to follow demonstrated exercises to do before my next appointment. James found space for me in his diary three days after my initial appointment and the day before our competition. He was happy with my progress but I wasn’t at 100% working order. He worked on me at the appointment for a further 30 minutes. It hurt but was comfortable and with the lovely background music I was just fine. Before I left james re examined my and declared my movement as perfect and so it was. The following day at the competition I completed all rounds successfully and pain free. I even achieved a PB deadlift by 3kg. For a girl who couldn’t get out of bed six days earlier then you can imagine how thrilled I was. James is wonderful and a miracle worker. He defiantly puts you at ease and listens and knows how important being better is without robbing you!! I met a medical hero and couldn’t recommend him enough. If you need help book at appointment.”
