“We love our ermine shaker kitchen which we purchased and installed last September. We're super happy with the quality of the units, drawers and work surfaces. We had a slight issue with the oven that we ordered which kept tripping out the electric when first installed but we had this replaced with no hassle and the replacement was fine. Found the whole experience straight forward from start to finish and our kitchen designer was really patient and helpful! Thank you Wren!”

They were brilliant when I needed to refit my bathroom - they were brilliant when some of the items needed changing, no fuss, just great service and now they've done it again - suggesting how I could maybe refurbish a sticky plug when a replacement wasn't immediately available - and of course, they were right. Even when there isn't a profit in it for them, they are charming, kind, helpful and courteous. That's what gets them rave reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and they are definitely my go-to supplier. Try them out for yourself!”

“BHF is a charity very close to my heart. Used it several times to donate unwanted furniture, bric a brac, good clean clothes (they send them to the regular stores) electrical goods - yes they accept electrical goods and have their own PAT tester. We’ve donated lounge and dining furniture which they happily collect with a smile (as long as the appropriate safety signs are still in situ) Some of the reviews state it’s expensive which compared to the quality of some of the things donated it is not. Add gift aid to it so all goes a long way to support this excellent charity. The staff are fantastic and do a great job, well recommended.”

“It's a well organised store, most TKMaxx I've visited have been pretty wild, this store has a more high street mall vibe to it. It is subterranean, so not sure how accessible it is, the staff are very friendly.”

“customer service is awful my 2 year old got ran over by a forklift food was all green and out of date everytbijg is not a pound don’t believe everything you hear and then to top it off the other fellow customer started a scrap with my husband. all the product unforntuanly made my toddler pass away from salmonella. smashing place grandkids loved it .!!!”
