“Fantastic service. We broke down last night on our way to Dover, and were recommended CFM by the recovery man. We arrived at the garage at 7.30am and Chris was already there. Told us he could get the part as soon as the motor factors opened. Which he did.... had a new exhaust fitted and the old part welded and we were on our way by 10.30 am. A brilliant service. A good bunch of friendly, helpful and happy people. Thank you.”

“Here's my story. On Monday 21st December 2020, my car's front suspension failed, a broken coil spring. I had to be recovered to a garage by the RAC and I asked my neighbours for recommendations for repairers. Roy and the team were volunteered by two different families and my choice was made. The job was done on the 22nd and I was able to pick the car up on the morning of the 23rd. As far as I am concerned, that is the kind of excellent service that I'd dare not even hope for from a garage.
