I know that when my car is playing up they will give me a number of solutions to consider, and the cost associated, before completing any work. They have even travelled out to my house, outside of Kempston, today to take a look at the car (as it won't start) before giving me advice on my options. I can't see any reason why I'd stop using the garage in the future either."

"I purchased a mondeo estate 8 weeks ago {May 2013) We went on holiday to France and the Injectors went. The cost to repair is 2000 euros. I have e mailed them twice asking if they are going to pay for the repair or contribute and await a reply.
