“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Royal Gurkha and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was top-notch and our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. The food itself was simply amazing. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and the flavors were bold and beautifully balanced. The presentation of the dishes was also noteworthy – it was clear that great care and attention was put into every plate. Overall, I highly recommend Royal Gurkha to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!”

“Delicious food- this restaurant has been here 15 years- that’s how you know it’s good! The manager came over and sat with us at the end as we were leaving and we had a wonderful chat, all the people dining there - he said goodbye to and he said everyone eating there had come before. He genuinely cared for his customers. He also does a huge amount of takeaways via JUST EAT. I loved the bubble wall near the door and it’s blue glow is what caught my eye and made me want to go there and the fact that one of my best friends comes here every month or more and recommended it to me. My husband and I will definitely come back. Prices are good too!!”

“Starters came with more dips than I would normally see. Good meal for 2 enough for 3, we had 2 mains with a veggy dish and 2 naan breads, good service very helpful waiter helped us with the level of spice we required. If i could make a suggestion maybe a slight increase on the rice to match the mains. I still had to use a doggy bag for the rest. Good overall and I would return.”

“We’ve recently ordered and collected take-away food from Verandah. I’d say it’s easily one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve used from a food perspective, the dishes were really nicely cooked, great flavour and hot when we collected the food. Looks and tastes like each dish is cooked fresh. The chilli masala is awesome! We haven’t eaten in the restaurant yet, but I’m sure we will soon.”

We always get a warm welcome. The staff are great and always look after us. But most of all the food is beautiful with amazing flavours. Its not about the heat, it all about the flavours!!!”

The food is quick and delicious pizza I ever had acording to my expectation more than that, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The starter and then main course can't be more tasty it's very Rare to find the perfect place like this to enjoy your meal and time out. The desert has been made by magic way its touch soul tho, everything was amazing looking forward for dinner again and again. Clean and tidy, nice decor and a welcoming ambience. The restaurant may need a little spruce up but when you're serving food this good, your customers will keep coming back no matter what! Really a hidden jem (sic) just off town, parking is available at the nearby supermarkets. You have to try it, you'll be back for seconds.”
