Brookstone Apartments

"DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! This place is patched up to the max and not even good. Parking is a headache especially with non tenants, they refuse to assign two spots per tenant or give decals to know who’s who. A gray sedan has been parked who does not live in the complex for almost 2months with gas Lid open and Nothing has been done, a adjacent tenant(burgundy Honda personalized tag) parks his vehicle in the complex adjacent to his building walks across the entrance to get to and from his car; it’s obvious these cameras are for decoration and they Don’t respond to emails. This is a Family owened business and it shows because all they want is Rent. The Only plus is a courtesy text to make a pyt. Right now I can’t park in front of my building because of guest, a tenant that doesn’t live in this building or the adjoined building, and an Abandoned vehicle!!! The burgundy only parked at his building because other complex parked there first, he parks there even when his building lot is Empty! Today next to the abandoned car two Non tents have parked and actual tenants have to park in the over flow across the parking. Yes, complex is aware even verbalized and she said “ she’ll send a reminder, not sent, they Don’t care!!! A bunch of low budget tenants to them.. The Cars zoom all hours of the night with blaring music, if you can afford anywhere else GO!!! The layout is Good minus there is No fan, SMH!!!"

"we just recently got a new place! Elaina made the process so so quick and easy and though we were a bit difficult she really made the experience amazing for my first apartment. The place was available right when we needed it and Elaina was always there to help out! I love it here!"

"I've lived here for a few years now, and unfortunately things have gotten progressively worse. The amenities (Gym and Pool) are still not acessible and have no date set in place for any potential reopening. The office here has also been closed for about a month now, (via Highlander Rentals, the parent company) so there is no direct oversight over the apartment complex either. Avoid at all cost. 10/28/21 Update: The gym has how become a storage facility full of boxes, meaning there is likely no intent of re-opening the gym."

"In the beginning it started off as a pleasant experience but once I made a in house transfer. we rented out furniture and before we left we asked if they could take out the furniture in the apartment so that me and my husband could deep clean but we were told that it would be fine , it was definitely a miscommunication but instead of speaking to me as a woman I was belittled & and disrespected it seemed like everything changed, not to mention I did a in house transfer just to move into an apartment that was not even fully functional ,Very rude , arrogant, & disrespectful management , it’s like you have to harass just to get a work order to work & you never know when your going to be hit with last minute fees the day before rent is due, after this lease I have no intention in returning after serving this prison sentence very unprofessional . So today is 02/02/2018 and I would just like to add to this review that today I was once again bullied and harassed by Denise , who is management , could you believe she told me today “ It’s not my fault you and your husband can’t afford to pay your bills on time” as if she knows us ? Our rent is $575 and we pay $700 a month to this woman , what do did with the rest of our money I have no clue but this woman is beyond the devil , I would like to speak to her manager , I have never experienced customer service so degrading."
