"The room was ok. We've been here several times picking up the grandkid. It's slowly getting better now that they've done a bunch of renovations. The TVs and beds still need to get better though."

"Rooms are cool. Clean with upgraded floors. It is over priced. They do not offer an extended stay rate. The hold is $100 which is extremely high the Marriott and Embassy hold is only $25."

"I travel to Fayetteville at least once or twice a month for the past 2-3yrs and usually stay here. The rooms and location aren’t the best, but for the price point you won’t find much better. The area is noisy and has a lot of traffic and people, but I stay here by myself as a single woman and never felt unsafe. I usually stay on the first floor and the rooms have always been fairly clean. This past stay is what my review is about. I came to check in around 10pm as I drove down from Pennsylvania all day. I waited at the front desk for 25minutes, ringing the bell, calling the phone number, until someone finally showed up to check me in. No apologies, just a hey. I finally get settled into my room and realized I did t have a plastic fork for my dinner so I walked back over to grab one. None were out in the breakfast area and again no one to be found. Rang the bell multiple times then walked out back bc that’s where the front desk lady had previously came from. In the back of the hotel at the gazebo I found a handful of workers partying and drinking. I waved my arms and they just looked at me. So I went back inside for another minute or two before someone still did not come. At that point, I chose to drive over to the gas station a few miles away bc I knew it’d be quicker. Whoever is on staff at the hotel tonight, needs to be fired, and fast, bc they just lost a long time customer."

"Initial check-in woman at front desk was rude. We called the front office later... hung up on, called back put on hold without saying anything, called again and never picked up. so i called from a different phone and picked up on first ring. Initially room looked good. Then once you really got to looking they had roaches, shower rod was bent like someone hung on it so the curtain kept going to the middle. Coffee pot had mold in the water spot. Turned the tub on and the water was yellow coming out of the faucet. Floors were so dirty i had to wash my feet again right after getting out of the shower. Then they tried to keep my deposit and said the room smelled like smoke and sure as hell didn't smoke in there because we wanted the deposit back."
