"I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’d say this is a decent place to live, but not because of much in the way of something the apartment or management does extraordinarily. I dont think the services or anything are that spectacular but what should be the bare minimum for the price you are paying. The best “perk” or “luxury” thing is the coffee machine lol. Maintenance is responsive. There’s no recycling services but they are trying to sell reserved parking spots (priorities). Halfway into living here the management changed and someone moved in upstairs that was really loud. I told management and they didn’t really care. Most of the events since then also are not free and just bring in vendors to sell their business. Idk it looks cute and whatnot but every other apartment around here is a neutral gray white box and shiny appliances so I don’t think there’s much special."

"I have rented an apartment at Atlas for almost one year now, and recently moved from one apartment to another in the same building. The experience has been exceptionally smooth: booking from abroad, signing the lease, arriving and setting up all utilities etc. has been a completely stress-free experience, both because of the system set in place and because of very helpful staff. All the common areas and the apartment themselves are squeaky clean and in one year I did not have a single issue with maintenance. Moreover, the apartments are quiet - once you are inside you cannot hear a sound coming from neighbours, which is great. The location kind of speaks for itself, and the staff (especially Michelle and Eric) are always there to help out. Just... look around the ratings of other apartment buildings and check, there is a reason why this complex is rated so high. I know that an all-positive review feels weird, but one of the highlights of my Durham experience has been undoubtedly how easy it has been to move here and find a comfortable, clean and cozy place in the middle of the city. All these factors make the price-quality ratio really convenient. Really recommend - specifically, do ask for Michelle and Eric when inquiring, they were great to help me find the best deal for my pockets!"

"Atlas Durham is excellent! All the Atlas Durham team members made me feel very welcome from day one. I really like everyone I’ve talked to in the building and the location is so convenient! Everything is so clean and there are many common areas in the building if you get bored with your apartment. The top floor is beautiful as well! It’s such a great view of the city."

"Moved into Atlas apartments last month - it has been a great experience so far. The office staff are all very friendly and accomodating, I always get prompt responses to my queries. The move-in process itself was quite seamless. There are some great facilities on site - the gym is great and there are some really nice common spaces. The garage is easy to park in. For my apartment, new space and fantastic windows. Happy to call it home."
