"We moved in about 4-6 months ago and from the very first day we’ve had problems . A bad bug and roach problem that the office took weeks to handle . Then almost every other week something breaks . If it’s not the refrigerator it’s the microwave if not the microwave then it’s the balcony blinds if not them then it’s the ceiling leaking (we’re on the first floor btw) , and then when we tell the office we’ve been getting a lot of attitude in the responses . We’ve even been told that someone has come into the apartment to fix something and came home that same eve being to find it in the same condition as when we left, and when brought to the leasing offices attention they’re response was “well we have a completed work order in our system” ……. I don’t take to kindly te being called a liar but to each their own . And that’s. Ot even mentioning the recent car break ins that the office has yet to say anything about . My car as well as 14 other individuals has been broken into my car’s window was completely shattered . And this was about 3 days ago and like I previously stated still haven’t heard anything from the office. All this within the first 6 months of my lease . I will be adding pictures of the recent break inn as well as the water damage in the ceiling that they had to cut out ."

"Moved in on last Saturday and throughout the weekend ROACHES started appearing. I told the office what was going on. I was told pest control would come either Monday or Tuesday they just need to confirm the time. Tuesday comes and leasing tells me Friday. I ask can I get my own pest control and they reimburse they said no because it was confirmed that they were coming Friday and they are going with the pest control they work with. I called the office this morning asking when pest control is coming and then I get we don’t know the exact time but they are coming. It’s after 4pm they closed the office early and still no pest control. What is going on. Everything else at the apartment is fine. Th roaches need to go and the property isn’t making this a priority. My apartment has roaches then I wonder if my neighbors are dealing with this as well."

"I have been staying here with my family for the past 3 years. We had a fabulous time staying here initially and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities, timely maintenance and very amazing and responsive staff. However, since the last few months the good things about our experience have turned around. We have very low water pressure in one of our bathroom. The flush tank would take about 10 min to fill and when that is happening the shower would not spit a drop. This has been like this since past 5-6 months. I lost count of how many maintenance request I have raised for the same issue. Sometime the work order is marked complete without anyone attending to it and when someone come to fix it, god knows what is repaired and the work order gets a completed status with the issue remaining same as before. I also discussed this issue in person with the staff many times..there is only assurance but no action. Apart from this there are multiple issues, maintenance and other, which still remain pending. A very important advice to anyone communicating with the staff - 'if the staff is committing to something, get that in writing/emailed/notarized/etc. because in my experience they may deny any past commitments and you will be left helpless."

"Moved here a couple of months ago and don’t have any complaints. Office staff and maintenance team are wonderful and very helpful. Property is clean and quiet for the most part. Also there is security at night to monitor so I feel safe when I want to walk my dog when I get off work late hours! I think I’m going to stay here for a while! Thanks to all the staff at University Ridge!"
