"Perfectly located off main-road. Minutes away from points of interest. Was there for business at Duke and was only 12 minutes away. There's a Red Lobster across the parking lot. There was some remodeling on the side part of the hotel, but did not interfere with much other than the parking lot. Great lighting makes it easy to navigate the parking lot while we'll lit. I would recommend that they add fruits to the breakfast."

"Booked this place specifically for the pool to entertain the littles. Called ahead and the man I spoke to on the phone said the pool was open. When we arrived the woman at the front desk said the pool was actually in repair and closed…so was the weight room… So nothing to entertain 3 small children… The woman at the front desk, Jasmin, was amazing and kind, courteous, and professional. Only giving 5 stars because of her service. Overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was fine, and the stay fine in general considering the price. The confusion over the pool was really frustrating, as I would have gladly booked at another location had I known the pool was not operational. As far as location, there is access to everything Durham pretty quickly. Not a walkable area, but easy to get around by car."

"First time staying here. Check in was easy no surprise. Friendly staff both evening and morning. Nice variety for breakfast. Easy location to access I40. We travel with our small dog and there were no issues. When back in the area looking for a place to stay this will be our choice."

"Definitely don't recommend staying here. The lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly. But that's fine. The lobby was clean looking. Upon first glance of the rooms it seemed clean. After going to retrieve our bags the hallway we were on smelled like marijuana. The layout of the hotel wasn't very good. It was a very long walk to the elevator and on the far end of the hallway. In order to get into our room we had to push very hard on the door. It was very hard to open especially if your hands were full. In the middle of the night I went to use the bathroom and turned the light on. Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom!! It was disgusting!! The price was fine but it's not worth it to deal with the bugs. Stay away!!!"
