"I visited this store a couple weeks ago to do last minute Christmas shopping, they were working on holiday hours so I was happy but during my visit (about a hour before closing) the workers dimmed the store lights, which after a few minutes honestly was irritating because it was hard to see anything, I heard a customer ask a worker if they could fix the lights because there was still a whole hour before closing and they told her NO. Needless to say this experience was unpleasant and disappointing hence it’s the closest store to me, 45 minutes away. So if you ever want to shop here make sure it’s not within 2 hours of closing time and be patient with rude customer service."

"Horrible experience. Fitting rooms all closed by 8:30 pm, no management available to help when couldn't get customer service from any of the employees. All of the purses looked up,, couldn't even see what price was on some. Asked to get them unlocked to purchase one, was told noone had a key. Manager trainee said he wasn't "certified" to have a key yet. Wth??? Asked cashier originally and she snapped at me and told me "get in line!" before she would even tell me that she also couldn't unlock them. Got in line and waited for no reason. Poor (NO) management, horrible customer service and if you go anywhere close to closing 8:30 or after, you can forget about trying anything on or buying anything of value, everything's locked up (supposedly). Sad that the customer service and clientele has become so bad in this area that you need someone to unlock a $30 purse just to buy it. Very sad. First time going to this location and it will be my last."

"Cashier was rude as if me wanting someone to assist me with putting a ottom that i had just bought from the store to help put it in my car. Strong believer it's not what you say it's how you say it. Started to just get my money back, but the way she was I probably would of been put back in that long line again. Will not go back to the Hanes Mill location again."

"Great place to find great deals on top brands and high quality clothing and home good items. However there's a severe lack of organization in the store. It's hard to find certain sizes because nothing is organized as it should be. If you have time to shop around until you find your size then this place is great but if you want to get in and out don't expect to find things where they should be here."

"I always have loved Ross. Especially their dresses...85-90% of their clothing is ridiculously ugly...however those few gems can run your total pretty high! Sometimes just because it has a "name" brand they throw on an extra $5-10. The housewares they carry are beautiful! I was looking for things for my husband, hence the pictures I was taking to send him."
