"Loved this store. It had all the new trendy clothes my daughter was looking for. Great atmosphere. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Crystal was fantastic! The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized. They take great pride in this store and attention to detail means alot. Right down to the purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and their classy shopping bags. I highly recommend this store and will be back again and again!"

Nothing like looking around for an employee only to find there aern't any to help. The dressing room experience is also a nice touch with a customized whiteboard name."

"Black Friday weekend stores are packed, employees can have a bad attitude and I get on the phone and call the Winston Salem store for my daughter who tried to find a couple sweaters in Greensboro and online last night for an hour only to find online was out of stock. I get a very professional greeting by James who listened to y request and found both the colors in my daughters size one taking off the display. Put them to the side until my wife and daughter could get there. They arrive and as promised pulled to the side with her name on them and a few more in her size small for her to consider. Great Job James keep up the great customer service!!!!!"
