"***revised 1/20/24. Two cashiers working roday. Line moved better than last time. The store was cluttered and clothes in the floor. Didn't see anyone straightening up.*** Only one cashier open. The return/exchange register was not open. I had one item to return and had to stand in line behind multiple people buying stuff."

"Overall my experience was great until I got in line to pay, this place is obviously short staffed & I would say that 2 out of the 3 cashier's working that day were extremely RUDE. I've never had this issue before & I shop here often. So either take the rude cashiers from the front and put them doing something in the back or just lose customers because of it. Several people were really frustrated about the weight and how rude the employees were."

"I was visiting from out of town and stopped by and found some items that I really liked but decided NOT to spend my money at that store because of the attitude of the tall, African American lady who responded so nasty to a customer when asked if they could get another register opened because it was crowded and I guess they had been standing in line for a while. She could have said “It’ll be a moment ma’am” “We are short staffed right now but hope to get someone soon” Anything else to respond politely to the customer. Instead, she chose to say “We don’t have nobody” But there are at least 3-4 of them around at the time. More importantly, it wasn’t what she said but how she said it. It was then I decided she obviously didn’t need my business, so I put my stuff back and left, and so did a couple of other customers. Customer service is key and it is really easy to just politely address a costumer to calm a situation. Best"

"Not my favorite but decent its s cluttered and unorganized, never really find anything that catches my eye,its hit or miss ,things are always picked through,and can't find always find 2 of something, the shoes are usually everywhere but it's not bad if your browsing"
