"This place really operates in bad faith and is not trustworthy. I lived there for a year and moved out when my lease was up, but because I gave notice 30 days instead of 60 days before I moved out, they continued to charge me for the month after I moved out. And they also increased the rent significantly so the last month of rent was much higher than before, leaving me with a huge bill that I couldn't pay. It's impossible to find a new place 60 days in advance! So that policy forces people to put in notice without having a new place lined up, which is scary and dangerous, especially if you don't have a lot of money. They didn't send me notice of the extra charge at all and then sent it to collections within a month, so now I'm fighting to make sure this bill doesn't go on my credit score. I'm so disappointed. They obviously have plenty of money and don't have to have these predatory policies."

"The office is RACIST they only wants LATINOs renting from them. Infested with roaches. You’ll be waiting weeks before maintenance come fix anything. They will EVICT you soon as an LATINO complain. Stay away from these apartments!!!!!"

"Horrible and predatory!!!!! Thank god I got my Fiancee' out of there and we bought a house. Slumlords are what they are, and please to any new tenants read your lease carefully!!! Horrible customer service, and rude employees, I don't believe she even knew who the residential company was because over the eight years she was there, there were at least three different property managers. All with promises they would never deliver on. You are better off moving elsewhere in the area for what they charge. GTFOH!"

"One of the WORST and I mean WORST places I have ever lived. The maintenance supervisor assaulted me and I am pregnant but yet the office decides to put a warrant out for my arrest! Again at 7 months pregnant what much harm am I going to do to a man let alone if I am not pregnant what can a woman really do to hurt a man. Maintenance also stabbed my friend who was visiting. This place is terrible and have a great lawsuit coming. Also have roaches here as well. The property manager is hateful too she acted like she was God fearing when I first moved and changed up once I went to the regional manager. They had an incident with their team and did not even check to see if I was okay or anything I have bruises and was hospitalized after the injuries from their maintenance supervisor. Please do not move here!"

"Do not move here unless u want issues. Got one month left thank god this place is a nightmare! I been here for a year my ac has broken 3 times my water heater pipe busted twice water everywhere, cannot have a grill outside anymore, and can only have 2 cars per lease even if there is 3 lease holders they switch rules on you out of nowhere but that isn’t even what truly bothers me I’ve had a 400lbs aggressive behemoth living upstairs terrorizing me everyday since she moved in I told the office bout 5 times and they won’t do anything unprofessional staff call the police and they can’t even find our address and won’t show up has happened 3 times no one shows up I’ve had trap music videos shot outside my door in the middle of the night no one here has respect or common sense the people in the office are absolutely worthless and with all this they want to up our rent $300 from last years Also dog friendly yet there is glass scattered all over the walking paths to the park please do yourself a favor and find somewhere better this place will give u nothing but issues"
