"I love this place! From the moment I walked in the front door and was warmly greeted by Nancy, I had a feeling I would like it here. Before even walking into an apartment, I was wowed by the amenities - beautiful gathering spaces, saltwater pool with wood-fired pizza ovens, well-equipped gym, conference rooms and the amazing restaurants and bars right across the parking lot. Then I walked into an apartment and knew I found my home. Floor to ceiling windows, modern design, top quality appliances (all Samsung), and spacious layout. I later discovered that the sunsets every night would be an additional perk! The staff was so accommodating and welcoming as I moved in. My kids get excited to tell Mary and Nancy in the front office about their day. The maintenance crew - James, Larry, and Ken - are attentive, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!"

Mary is incredibly kind, nice, and always ready to help with any issue. Her warm demeanor makes every interaction a pleasure. Similarly, the manager Carlos deserves special mention. His willingness to offer me a short-term lease, understanding my situation as a graduating student in December, was a perfect example of his kindness. Nancy, who conducted my initial virtual tour via Zoom, was equally impressive. Her friendly and professional approach made me feel confident in choosing UHill. Another aspect that stands out is the ambiance, especially the refreshing and welcoming smell in the lobby. It's a small detail, but it significantly enhances the living experience. "If you're looking for a great place to call home in the triangle area, you should definitely check out University Hill. I lived here for a year with my girlfriend and we couldn't be happier with the decision. The apartments are beautiful, the leasing staff is top-notch, and the community is welcoming and fun. Our apartment was nothing short of spectacular. We had a front-facing Tristan layout so we had amazing daily sunsets and views of the green space by BB’s. It was really cool to oversee the live music on Saturdays and the occasional pop up market. The modern design, sleek finishes, and attention to detail create an ambiance of luxury and sophistication. The spacious layout provided ample room to live, work, and relax, and the high-quality appliances and fixtures truly enhanced the overall living experience. The leasing staff deserves special recognition for their outstanding professionalism and genuine warmth. Nancy, Mary, and Carlos made the entire process of moving in seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction throughout the year is second to none. Whether we had a question about our lease or needed assistance with maintenance requests, the team was always prompt, friendly, and eager to help. They truly make a genuine effort to get to know you and your pets. Our dog Nolan would always swing by the office for treats after walks out the front :) The community at Uhill is vibrant and welcoming, filled with monthly events and friendly neighbors who have quickly become like an extended family. The well-designed common areas, such as the beautiful courtyard and inviting lounge spaces, foster a sense of connection and community. We really loved Uhill’s pet-friendly environment. The on-site dog park, courtyard, and pet wash station were awesome amenities. Nolan made many friends at Uhill! All in all, Uhill has truly set a new standard for exceptional living. Whether you’re a Duke or UNC grad student, remote young professional, etc., I can’t recommend Uhill enough! We’ll miss the staff and ambience a lot."
