The reason why they are both challenging and manageable is because at this gym you are monitored closely by the staff. They make sure that you are pushing yourself (safely) to improve from week to week. CrossFit South Shore is also a place where you get to learn. Every time you do an exercise or lift a weight you are given cues on how to improve technique to get the most out of your work. The staff is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and how it relates to your goals."

"Ultra clean gym from top to bottom and ample equipment for everyone in the classes. Coaches are very knowledgeable and instructive and the workout programming keeps everything fresh and makes this gym somewhere I look forward to coming to every day. The biggest misconception I had before joining Crossfit was it was just for those few extremely talented "elite" athletes looking to train hard and push the limits of human fitness, but I've learned that every movement is scalable, and all different skill levels can be accommodated.
