"I have to say I must be a glutton for abuse because I went back to this arrogant vendor a few times. In placing 4 shirt orders and 2 hat orders, and recommending him to two other team coaches, he has consistently made mistakes and as another reviewer put it, he always seems to blame the customer. Most of his mistakes are/were minor but... With my last order he sent the shirts with a different design (color) than I wanted and although he said I approved it, he could not produce the email where I supposedly approved it. His response (shockingly) when I threatened to file a claim with PayPay’s buyer protection service was “good luck”. So I may be stuck with $550 worth of shirts that I don’t want."

"Our experience is the same as the other reviewer. No timeline that he set has been met. Poor communication. He has our $600 and when you say "it's Tuesday, we have 4 shipping days left before our first game, where is our stuff" he gets mad and throws a temper tantrum. Never apologizes for being late, never apologizes for not communicating. He says you should thank him. He must be a younger participation trophy recipient because his short comings are your fault. And you shouldn't ask him where your stuff is because he said they would be there. Well here I am, day of and no product."

"Our team in North Merrick ordered T-shirt’s and hoodies from this company on December 2nd. We are still waiting for them with no indication as to when they will be received. Terrible business! By time we actually get them, if ever, the shirts probably won’t fit the kids. Convenient that they took our money but didn’t deliver a product."
