"Let's start off with the fact that I own an older (1998) BMW R1100RT. I was faced with a dilemma as to where could I bring the bike for repairs, since the person I was using previously was no longer available and dealerships don't want to work on something that old. After a google search, I found 2 places, one of which was Bick's. I read some of the reviews and they seemed very positive about the work performed by Jay.
