"Jennifer Stack has really helped me. She specializes in diabetes education, but my main problem is high cholesterol as part of a family with heart issues and the weight I gained over the past couple years being chained to a desk. Through a handful of sit-down sessions with Jennifer and simply buying a scale, weighing myself every day, setting a few attainable goals, and writing down what I eat in a datebook, I am eating better, weighing less, and feeling great.
