"I came here in May of 2021 to get a haircut for graduation and since it was close to where I was living + has great reviews I chose to come here. Everyone was very nice and the experience/atmosphere was welcoming and perfect! At the end of my salon visit I thought my hair looked great but when I washed it a few days later and straightened it out for the first time it was awful. Luckily when I called the salon and told them what happened I was able to come in for them to attempt to fix it. They were able to fix it a little but there’s only so much that can be done for such a botched haircut. I really don’t understand how this could’ve happened and to this day I have been trying to get the layers in my hair to look normal again. While I appreciate the assistance that the staff offered, this was not worth the money I spent and the stress of having an abomination of a haircut."
