"Goodies to all. I went to Nao medical (urgent care) Monday afternoon. I was in Jamaica, Queens. In Dec. 23 I changed my medical insurance and had not met my primary doctor. Unable to get an appointment with them. Oh, after calling and getting placed on hold I was steaming, hot and frustrated. I decided to get a bite to eat (no diddy) and try to find an urgent care. THE OFFICE STAFF AND NURSES, DICTORS ETC. WERE SO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING AND GAVE ME THE HELP I NEEDED VERY QUICKLY. I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING. I JUST SAYING, MANY THANKS. AKA COSA."
"One of the unprofessional urgent care i Have seen. I went there 12th of oct, 2023. And did a blood work for my job requirement, they assured me it will be provided within 2 days. And when i reached over there today after 3 days still not ready yet. What type of professionalism is this? Why is this called urgent care then? And they are not sure even its gonna come tomorrow. So i would rather recommend not to go over there unless no other option. Thanks."
"I just went here today and i plan on seeing them again whenever my medical doctor is booked. Everyone was soo friendly and helpful and they cared about the patient. I didnt feel rushed or anything. The dictor and nurse explained everything to me step by step and took their time in hearing my medical problem. The lady Sonjia at the front desk was very patient with me as i wasn't sure how to upload my info on to the registration/ sign in equipment thing( cant think of name). Sonjia was also very patient with each patient as they came in and didnt know how to work or either. Soo from the front desk lady to the nurse and doctor they were all soo pleasant. Thank you staff for being concerned and treating me like every patient should be treated at all health care facilities."
