"This is the first time writing a review and I felt compelled to do it. I used to go to this place a long time ago when it was good and let me tell you this place is absolutely TERRIBLE! I made a same day appointment and the person over the phone told me "if you rush we can see you now." So I drop everything and make my way to the appointment. I felt so lucky that I was able to get an appointment so quickly because when you make an appointment you are expected to be seen (am I right?). Nope! When I get there they tell me "oh I'm sorry we made a mistake and can't see you." So I basically dropped everything and rushed over to get there for absolutely nothing! I also had to pay for car service to get there because I was told to rush and to leave immediately in order to make it to the appointment. If I could give them a zero I would. Why is this place even open for business if they aren't going to treat people with respect and dignity??"

"08/17/23 Now they are putting in claims to my health insurance for $86 (they received $34.85) for April 30, May 31, June 30 and July 31, 2023 and I have not gone to them since Oct 20, 2022. I guess since they were not sending me a bill they thought I would not notice. They are claiming to my health insurance it is for chronic care management I called them and they were trying to blame their billing department. When I called them on Aug 3, about April to June they said it was a mistake and not only did they not correct it with my health insurance but now submitted one for July. 10/30/22. Now 5/26/23 I received a bill for $185 for the day I needed a note for work that I was with my husband when he hurt his leg and couldn’t find an orthopedic doctor right away. They gave me a bunch of tests I did not need on 10/20/22 and although they said they still take my GHI they are not in the GHI network. Beware they are rip offs. I’m going to report them to NYS department of health. 6-7-23 today they called and said they are excusing this bill because they charged it out of network. My husband went on 5/22/21 used our GHI CBP insurance (which they took for a few years before) they wanted to bill us saying that they are not listed as primary doctor which is not true we do not need a primary doctor with that plan. They insisted on only speaking to my husband when I finally got him on the phone and told them that it is wrong to charge us $173.which we are not paying because we do not owe it, they still send us bills then I called GHI they corrected the charge for me about a month ago and I’m still getting bills as of today for $173.00 saying that we and the insurance didn’t pay them anything. I hope they try to take us to court I will sue for harassment"

"They had one good nurse practioner who left. Now the place is a mess. They actually filed a false claim through my insurance. I knew it was false because the "appointment date" was day I was across the country. I called them and they never called me back or did anything about it. AVOID."

"Waited 2 hours to pee in a cup. Then my job calls me today and said they never got anything from the clinic as if I never went to the place. Not to mention there was a woman there coughing like she had delta and omicron mixed with all types of disease. No one not even the receptionist told her to put her mask on in the tightly spaced waiting room. I can't believe the place is still opened. Horrible experience. The nurse was a kind woman though. But seriously they all seem like they have no idea on what's going on."
