"Scheduled a Saturday appointment, dropped off the bike Friday prior and was told bike wouldn’t be taken care of Saturday due to company party. I called shop to check on status 5 days later and they didn’t start work yet because they weren’t sure if I wanted the tires or not which I requested on original quote. When I went to pick up bike they forgot to add $200 of labor to quote. Ended up $150 more than another shop that quoted the work due to this. Very poor service experience but at least they did a good job once they finally got the work done. Needless to say I will find another shop for next service."

"First time I went inside the new location I bought a pair of motocross boots. Second time I went there I bought a new riding outfit. Third time I went there I bought a new motorcycle!!! I love this place! Then at their Grand Opening I bought another motorcycle from them! Unbelievable!!! I got 2 chrome limited edition bikes!
