"I brought my dog here for emergency treatment, she usually sees another vet. I was amazed by the service we received. The staff was incredibly kind, gave us so much time and attention. They were especially understanding of us being emotional about the situation. They explained what was going on and the treatment needed in detail, all while making my dog comfortable. I cannot recommend going here enough."

"This place is a nightmare. Sure they were the only vet around that has any available appointments but that's probably for a good reason. They are rude and WAY overpriced. We paid $1200 to have 2 male kittens spayed. Like come on. And our female kitten was brought in a few times because she had a dislocated hip. The first time we went they told us they did an xray, charged us $700 for it and when we asked to see the xray they couldn't produce it and said they never took one. But took our money. Down right criminal. They also stated that the only solution for the dislocated hip was.... wait for it... AMPUTATION. Like what? We didn't listen to them and let the hip heal on it's own and our kitten was fine. Then we brought her in for a simple vaccine. But guess what? Our poor kitten is limping again now and has puss coming out of her leg after the visit. They also forgot to call us after our 2 male cats were spayed and they left them in their crates for hours. Even though we called reception and asked if they were finished and she said the vet would call but never did. Just crazy that a place can operate in this manner. I'm not sure what's going on at this place, but I'm never ever bringing my cats back here again. And I strongly suggest others find alternative care for their pets."

"I have been taking my dog there ever since I got him 6 years ago. Everybody there is very nice. I had a little health scare with my dog last month and they were so great to us. The reason I did not give them 5 stars, and was considering 3 is because they changed the way they handle last minute visits. Long story short they now charge $50 for same day appointments."
