"We brought our newly adopted cat in for a few services done, her records had already been sent over prior to her appointment. One of the staff members said that they didn't have them and then continued to speak down to us as if we had done something wrong, as if we were the ones not prepared. We left our cat with them feeling very uncertain and horrified. Turns out they had the records all along, she just didn't care to look for them when we were standing there. -Other than that, our experience was pleasant. Just very poor customer service."
