"I ordered 2 dragon fruit drinks and they made them without dragon fruit. When I asked them about it they said they were out of dragon fruit and its the same thing. Who does that? Makes a drink without the main ingredient and tries to pass it off as the same? Its not like Starbucks is cheap either."
"Just not a good overall cooperation. Might as well just goto a local private owned coffee shop that sells quality coffee for the same if not lower price rather then feeding some corporation that's charging high prices for a lesser product."
"Worst starbucks in medford. Barista gets order wrong, blames us and says we ordered incorrectly. She never gave us a recipt and walked away so we werent able to get her name or our order. Horrible attitude towards myself and other customers. Never coming here again."
