"I have had two of my babies delivered at oneida and my third one will be delivered there as well. Woman's health has helped me tremendously. They are so kind and considerate. I couldn't ask for a better group of nurses, doctors and staff to take care of me and my baby."

"Rude staff... Extremely rude!! They speak to you like you are an annoyance. Super judgemental with patient decisions and very critical with their judgemental questions. Besides that, how do they get away with refusing to allow children to come to the appointment?? I have NEVER heard of this. I strongly recommend that people file official complaints with Oneida Healthcare itself when you experience these yourself. The office staff here need some training in how to speak to their customers and how to be helpful. I seriously recommend you find somewhere else to go, when this place goes out of business maybe Oneida Healthcare can clean house and hire better office people to do something about how the patients are treated."

"I had a pregnancy last year, delivered at Oneida, all was fine. This was when their office was by Byrne Dairy. I have been seeing them for my current pregnancy, I am about 36 weeks pregnant. I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment because no one called to inform me that they had moved locations. Didn’t find out until I went to call, and they said the new address on the automated service. When I arrived “, I told them I was late because no one informed me that they’d moved. Receptionist went to talk to the doctor and she told me I’d have to reschedule. I live about 35 minutes away and it is difficult to find childcare for my son, because they won’t allow anyone to bring their children to appointments at WOMENS health. I told them I won’t be coming back. I then got a call about an hour later, I returned the call, waited on hold for 20 minutes and the women was asking when I’d like to reschedule for. I now have to find someone else to see me, at 36 weeks pregnant."

"I was at Slocum and switched to Oneida when I first found out I was pregnant with my oldest son who is now 4 and a half. I have went through two pregnancies with this office. I would definitely return for all prenatal care if I have another baby, for now I just see them for my regular visits. Huge shout out to Dr. Flint for being amazing. Also, a huge shout out to Marian even though she has moved on to other things. They were always so patient, kind and truly listened to me."
