"I do not recommend at all. I went in at 1pm and didn’t leave until 8:30pm. They rotate you in and out of the waiting room. Multiple times of nurses/techs coming into the waiting room to take people to their appointments after they had already been taken - not efficient at all. They put me in a room around 5pm and didn’t communicate at all when I would be taken for an ultrasound. Their ultrasound is a combination of outpatient and emergency room patients so I kept getting bumped. I just tried to call to have my records sent to my doctor for my appointment today (Friday was when I was in the emergency Room and today is Monday) and they said it would take 7-10 business days to have my records sent over. Not patient focused at all."

"Showed up at the ER and was told that she would get to us in a minute and to sit in the waiting room. After 40 minutes had to go remind her we were waiting; she had forgotten about us. They were not busy; just incompetent. Note: despite them replying saying that this could be due to ambulances, if they had read the comment they would see that is not at all true. The receptionist was talking on the phone for a solid 15 minutes (I don't know whether business or personal) and had then started checking in new patients, all while we were waiting to sign in with an actual emergency. They should have a line to wait in when you get there; not have everyone go sit in the waiting room and hoping they remember to sign them in. To clarify, this is not about the wait time to be scene; the receptionist hadn't even signed us in before she started signing in new people who were walking in."

"Exceptional care for my father who is basically at end of life. The attention and care as a human being and not just a number that they gave him was outstanding! The entire team of nurses and doctors attended to his needs and made him very happy and comfortable"

"I had an eliostomy 3 years ago. A botched second surgery I lost 2 units of blood ended up in intensive care. Now I have an irregular heart beat, a botched hernia repair, and num leg from infection. My primary care doctor didn't think I was gonna make it. Worst 8 months of my life."

"Great Ambulatory unit. The only down fall is the coffee machine being out of order. And the soda machine pretty much empty. My husband's nurse was excellent. Above and beyond caring. I believe his name was Drew."
