The front office staff has always been respectful to me. I’ve never called at any time more than once, for anything, and my requests are always fulfilled. I left MVHS for here, and plan on coming here for many years. Thank you!"

"UPDATED: The health care is decent but the lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. If you call 95% of the time no one will answer and even if you leave a message there's no guarantee that you'll receive a call back. If it was an emergency, I have absolutely no confidence that I would receive a call back. I became sick and did receive. medicine which helped but didn't bring me to full recovery so I called this facility to discuss my worsening symptoms only to NOT receive a call back. UPDATE- I had attemtped to call them for 4 weeks (yes FOUR weeks) and no one has called me. What a grossly incompitent staff. AND I GOT NO APOLOGY!!!! Save your time and spare yourself from unnecessary stress! ANOTHER UPDATE: They did get better with calling people back but it's just not worth being seen here. Not all but a couple staff members are rude but the nurse PATTY is an insufferablly obnoxious, unprofessional little girl in an adult body. She will interrupt you PERSISTENTLY and she even gaslighted and falsely accused me! ONLY PRIDEFUL, ARROGANT NARCISSISTS WILL GASLIGHT YOU! This facility needs a massive overhaul until it can be taken seriously to any extent. Disrespectful, callous and without empathy."

"I’ve been coming here for years, but I’m at my wits end and looking for a new provider because of the office staff. It used to be a place you could call, make an appointment, voice a concern if needed, you know-the things a healthcare providers office should be able to provide. The annoying this is that you will call for WEEKS every single day-leave a message- and won’t get a call back. The only time I got a call back was when I left the message on the nurses line and said “I don’t think your phones are working or the office staff isn’t doing their job, this is the fourth day in a row I have called with no call back.” The office staff is always short and dismissive and rude. Literally everyone else there is a joy and is very helpful! But if you can’t get an appointment or talk to anyone about a concern then what is the point?"

"I recently started seeing Dr Maureen Schroettner a few months ago. She was nice and welcoming. I have not felt judged by her, and she listened to my health concerns. My problems are with the office. It is near impossible to get through with front desk or nurse lines. I called 7x in 1 day before someone answered my calls, which was met by short and dismissive responses. Would not recommend."
