"We spend about $180 a week on cabs threw we care. There has been numerous times we have woke up 5 am to schedule a cab for a reservation. This morning like always I woke up 5 am to call for a cab for 6:30. My boyfriend kept a look out for the driver, he came at 6:32 my boyfriend went to go grab his coat off the chair and grab his bag went to go outside and the cab left at 6:34. We called the Manager ASHELY picked up was very rude when we tried getting the cab back she told us we had to wait for another hour for a available driver. My boyfriend tried explaining he had to be at work at 6:45 she said oh well, starred being very rude saying he was there 13 mins early than hung up on my boyfriend so i called her back to arguue with her. I asked for her boss and she' said well I'm the manager u can talk to me. I said no I want ur boss. She proceeded to me nasty and told me If I kept arguing with her we will be banned and good luck walking to work and hung up again. Very unprofessional as a manager. And honestly If I could I would give this company zero stars. We feel very disrespected bc of how much we spend on cabs a week."

"This Company is a life saver! Needed to be picked up from a concert late and the dispatcher Georgie sent a driver directly to our location. Such great people, excellent driving, and very clean vehicles"

"Taxis are dirty, they never have any rides. Customer service is terrible the people are beyond rude not a dependable cab agency at all."

"Had to continuously call for nearly an hour due to a lack of knowledge of the dispatcher. We would receive a message stating the driver had arrived when in fact nobody had. The dispatcher did not verify the location so they were charging a ridiculous amount and we had to call again. Then we were told our wait would be longer due to their mistakes so I don't recommend using this taxi service if you have any type of appointment or time frame"
