"If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a vehicle with a front end accident. It took 5 weeks to fix . All new parts and just needed paint so it should of taken less than a week. Also poor customer service . The owner works the front of the business and has poor communication skills. He also replaced an abs sensor ( which gave my error lights ) and after I drove off he did not care to help me since he got paid. I called and was answered with , why are you calling 1 pm on a Saturday when I close at 12. Why not call at 8am when I can be of use.i was told by My insurance that they looked at the car for a supplemental at sedlacks when the car was no where near sedlacks. Something fishy is happening here at this shop. I had a simple question and was rudely answered with “I told you, you are arrogant and chidilish who thinks he knows it all. " Wont recommend using this body shop even to my worst enemy . I will never support this business again. Oh and to end things after I hung up the owner who answered my call , called me back and said if you have anything to say to me , say it like a man and say it to my face. He is a 60 year old man..... I'm 25..."
