Dave & Buster's Massapequa

"This was my first time visiting the Massapequa D&B and I was shocked at how small this location is. It’s like a D&B Express. Upon entering I did a quick walkthrough to find Time Crisis. When I didn’t see it I assumed that there was another section with games, but no… the curtains and mirrors fool you into thinking that there’s more, but nope, what you see is what you get. I got a $40 game card for my companions and I and it lasted about 30-40 minutes. We fell into the trap of trying to beat one of the sit-down motion games. We beat the game but it probably cost us $25 in credits. Swiping is so easy that you don’t realize how much each swipe costs you until it’s too late. The staff was friendly and all of the games were functional. The adjoining mall is closed, so I don’t know what the future holds for this location."

"Horrible service. Never got any food. I think the waitress just didn't get it. A manager finally came over after asking for one 2 times and still waited over 10 minutes for her to come over. The manager that was there was no use to anyone. I hope Steve sees this and reaches out. He is supposed to be the top person there. Probably the worst experience we ever had while out at a restaurant. What we ordered was very simple 2 orders of the all you can eat boneless wings with barbecue sauce. We ordered at 6:40. 7:30 nothing came out we had to leave. The place was practically empty so can't say they were busy. Then the waitress comes over and asked if we want to close put our bill???? Bill for what we never got the food we ordered!!! I will be posting this everywhere I can so people know what is going on there."

"A good place for ages 6 - 16. Food prices weren’t that good and the games were decent. Some of the machines weren’t working. $50 worth of chips isn’t even good for an hour (two kids), so I feel that the prices should be a little more reasonable. Service was okay, but the staff did not mention the special deals when we asked for card recharge. It was pretty clean for an arcade. Overall, it’s an okay place."

"Great place to grab a quick bite some drinks and play arcade! I love arcades so it was super good. The place was nice but the food was just ok for the price it was... Nevertheless D&B is a pretty cool option to go out with friends or a date."

"Dave & Busters has some good food. They recently added a few new items to the menu. I tried the garlic truffle fries Which were so good. If you are a garlic lover I recommend these fries. But if not I suggest you stay away. You can taste and see the actual bits of garlic that they are tossed in. They come with 2 sauces. One is a garlic type of sauce and the other one is a creamy sauce with a bit of a kick to it. It doesn't hit the back of your throat. The spice stays more on your tongue. This one is my favorite out of the 2. I ordered the kids chicken tenders since I didn't want a big meal. They came out hot and crispy. Our waitress was very friendly. I appreciate the fact that she allowed me to order off the kids menu since not all do. Most of the games were working fine. Although I must say I think the Westbury location has more games available"
