Not one complaint, not once has she been anything but professional, excellent at maintaining my hair through years of coloring, styling, hair loss due to cancer treatment and radiation, regrowth and now my natural aging hair which is totally different now."
"i’m very disgusted with this place. can’t even believe people still go there to be honest. colleen messed my hair up!!! she over processed my hair and now it’s breaking off!!! she was not personable at all and kept leaving and going in the back room. made me feel very uncomfortable like she was talking about me to the other stylists. the owner michele is very rude and has a “i think i’m better than everyone else” attitude. i have heard bad things about this place from people throughout rochester and i should’ve listened!! if you are gonna read any review read this one! DO NOT GO TO STUDIO M."

"Don’t ever go to Jessica! She did an absolutely terrible job, I gave her the chance to fix it and she made it worse. Then her solution was to bleach my whole head and start over which I refused to let her do...thank god!!! I asked for my money back because I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it done right and Jessica REFUSED to refund even a penny! She didn’t take responsibility for anything at all and blamed me. Worst hair service I’ve ever had, will never go back and will do everything I can so this never happens to anyone else! The other ladies seem very experienced and lovely but not only was it the worst highlight I’ve ever had but it was the worst customer service ever!!!"
