"The new appointment system is trash and the people cutting hair are rude when you question them about it. I showed up 5 minutes before my 12pm appointment which was set for next available stylist. I waited 20 minutes and when someone was available, they took the person who walked in 15 minutes after me because they requested them specifically. Then when I asked about it I was told I could leave if I didn't like it. Would not recommend going to this place unless you want your time wasted"
"The online appointment system is terrible and they never seem to be on schedule. Apparently requesting a specific stylist pushes you to the front of the line but when I can't actually get in on time its hard to find a preferred stylist!"
