"I am disappointed. Ordered 2 items...received 1. I did order through uber eats...not the problem.I tried to call to discuss error. The employee was not helpful stated she could not drive and they do not deliver. I asked being that it was their error could they contact delivery and have it sent..the employee had to check with her manager and put me on hold ....I got hung up on."
"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had an auntie Anne’s ! I got over cooked and Burnt pretzels that looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp for eight hours. I paid almost 2 dollars for one cup of cheese and they gave me a quarter cup of cheese. Terrible customer service and did not offer to resolve the issue at all. There’s plenty of other locations; I will go to a different one next time"
"I really use to love grabbing some mini pretzels on my lunch break but lately everytime I comel, the pretzels are burnt or they're stale like they have been there all day!!! I would love for them to get back to what made me fall in love with them in the first place."
