"So me and my family been going to Sergios for years, but since the new girl started working “Nicole” I Know her name because I’ve heard it several times from the coworkers. But the Quality isn’t the same almost every time I’ve been there since she’s been working everything I order is burnt or undercooked Simply not up to their regular Expectations. She is super rude and honestly looks dirty more times then once And I really try to order one. I know she isn’t working. On occasions, there were some one who came in looking for her And I was just so disgusted and disbelief because isn’t this a work establishment? I’ll be back just now when she’s there!!!!!"

"Not sure how you can screw up hot bread, cheese and sauce but my god would you be surprised. Food was cold, toppings undercooked (meat) which is inedible. Definitely a waste of 80 dollars. Either start caring about your job, or find a new one."
