"Service used to be good. But lately it's been super slow. Have to wait like 5 minutes before anyone comes to take my order at the to-go booth. Then usually have to wait longer then it should to get my order. Like today I placed an order and by the time the gave me my order the ice cream was all melted along with the whipped cream. It's like they forgot to finish the order before moving on. Cuz I was waiting like 20 minutes."
"Excellent place for persons of all ages! Their staff are mindful of 'customer placement'. Their 'goal', to me, is that ALL patrons enjoy their visit, not be subjected to 'back of the seat kicking' or having to 'navigate' around strollers, repeatedly. "The staff is always so nice here even if they are low on staff. They do their best to accommodate and are very pleasant. The food is your local comfort food. It’s very enjoyable to bring my kids here too. They love their ice cream that comes with their meals!"
