"Nail tech really hurt my fingers removing sns, I complained a few times and she didn’t care to be a bit more careful. I kept asking for more round nails and that didn’t happen. My nails are still square. The whole process was very painful, I decided to try acrylic for the first time to not have to go through the and removal process every time and the nail tech didn’t not properly paint my nails (see photo). The the polish does not cover the whole nail. Plus, I highly doubt it it’s gonna last but we shall see."

"Spent close to $700 to receive terrible customer service. Wig was up very same day and had no sense of urgency to correct or fix the issue. Instead was super defensive and nonchalant. Ladies spend your money with someone who will value and respect your time and money. Told her I drove TWO HOURS to get my hair done BOTH DAYS and she said I can wait until after all her appointments at 9pm or take the wig off my head and give it back to her. There’s million of hair stylist, find someone who cares about their customers and their work!"

"K'Ador gave me a beautiful high up salt and pepper long ponytail to match my hair color. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know what hair I needed. K'Adors assistant took me to the beauty supply store to pick out the hair I needed. They both made me extremely comfortable. I just knew I was in good hands, and my hair came out great."

"Very clean! Which was big deal for me, considering everything going on currently with covid-19. Kinda was very inviting and skillful. I made an appointment and I felt like everything was set up for me personally before arrival. GREAT SERVICE!"
