As a person with sensitive skin, I'm typically nervous about using new products. However the assessment made me feel more comfortable and gave the full-confidence that Aparna would select exactly what I needed. She was attentive and answered all my questions about the process, techniques and products. The small treatment room was lovely, and I appreciated the *actual* music gently playing in the background (not that weird lute music spas normally have). After the treatment, my face felt lighter, dewey, and refreshed. I was concerned about redness, but it disappeared within the hour.
