"Eric is the best stylist I've ever had in my 30 years on Earth. He's sooo warm and friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. He's an excellent listener and makes great suggestions based on your concerns. I'd trust him to do literally anything with my hair. My haircut was absolutely perfect and my hair felt softer and healthier than it ever has. He gave me some great tips and walked me through how to style my hair at home. The salon itself was lovely and relaxing. They carry really interesting brands/hair products so it's fun to pick up a few items while you're there!"

"I never write reviews, but my experience at Karcher was unprofessional and poor. I went in wanting a trim and a clean up. I've had bad experiences elsewhere, so I'm very careful when allowing new people to take control. Stephanie was my hairdresser and she was cold right off the bat. I was 4 minutes late, but called to say I was on my way. Maybe that irritated her?? In any case, I explained that I'm growing my hair out and that I wanted a clean up and a fresh frame around my face. She offered to remove some weight and when I asked her what that meant, her response was totally off putting. She didn't remove weight, but she cut off a lot of length and it looks like a freaking box cut all the way around. No framing around my face like I asked for. And the only reason we shared decent conversation was because I tried to engage with her. Really tried to make this a good experience for myself. disappointing."
