"Alicia was very helpful to us as first timers. Burgers were cooked as we asked and the fries were hot and crisp ( even the sweet potato ones) Great spot for a quick burger and fries. The menu is pretty extensive with chicken fingers and sandwiches. They have vegan options and then if you have room there is always an ice cream float or milkshake"

"Burgers were good. Gluten free buns were pretty good according to the gluten free people in our group. Regular fries were good. Potato fries were soggy and the maple dipping sauce was strange tasting. Prices were I guess okay for Manhattan. Five burgers, two regular fries, one sweet potato fry, three fountain drinks, two lemonades, one beer. Total $100 and I gave 10% tip because you have to order your food at counter and pick up your food and clean up. Maybe I should have made it 5% now that I think about it."
"I went out for a quick lunch from work. I didn't wait very long, but it was Saturday and the place was empty, one person except me. I ordered a veggie burger and fries. The fries were quite good, the burger was standard - like everywhere else. I didn't feel the atmosphere. The place is large, a typical food hall."
