"Giving one star only because I'm not sure what happens if I don't give any. Stay away!! I had 5 dress shirts washed and pressed in December and 4 ended up torn at the elbow. I went back to discuss and was told I needed to speak with the owner. The owner avoided me -- he did not return written messages, voicemails, or a message I left directly with someone who answered his phone (his wife, I believe). Outside of this problem, this is an ordinary laundromat and, as such, would normally merit about 3 stars. I used it for a few months late last year until I ran into the problem above. The biggest negative I encountered with their service was that there was often no one around when I came by to pick up my laundry. Fortunately there are several alternatives nearby."
