"I visited this store on 01/22/24 around 9-10 o'clock. I had a horrible experience. I asked this young Hispanic or Latina lady with reddish pink hair with glasses on for help and she refused to help me. She was working at the customer service. I walked up to her and asked if there were any key limes left her reply was "if you don't see it then we don't have any" I then asked her to please look it up the data base. She flat out told me no she will not do that. The thing is why work at customer service if you are not willing to do your job? She could have directed me to someone that can help but she chose not to. I was going to give 1 star but luckily 2 employees who were doing their job helped me find the key limes. This young lady need more training dealing with customers while working at "CUSTOMER SERVICE ""

"This really is the worst whole foods branch in all of NYC. Built originally as a “discounted version” based on the 365 brand, that concept has since been abandoned, and this branch is left with none of the WF signature frills (no butcher station, no seafood counter, no on premises bakery) except for the exceptionally high prices. As if all that isn’t enough, many basic products are often out of stock, the checkout lines are poorly designed and there is almost always a shortage of cashier staffers. I just left empty handed after witnessing over 100 people in line with about 7 staffers at checkout. Utterly disappointing, again and again In the photo, from another visit (1/29/2024): At Trader Joe’s they’ll ask if you found everything you need, if you’d like to pack the meets separately, they’ll check if the eggs aren’t cracked. Here at whole foods fort greens the cashier will scan your products, put them down by your tote bags - and stand there (or walk away) while you’re left to bag your groceries on your own"

"A Whole Foods has to be pretty terrible for me to write it a one-star review, but this place is a total nightmare. It's small, so it has a minimal stock compared to other Whole Foods. But the real issue is the checkout. For some reason, there is no self checkout. There are over a dozen checkout kiosks, but I have never seen more than two or three of them open at a time, even at peak times. I just waited over 20 minutes and still was nowhere near the front of the line, so I had to put my groceries back and leave. The line was uncomfortable and claustrophobic, and it moved the absolute slowest of any checkout line I've ever been in. The times I HAVE made it to a register, I've found the checkout people are so incredibly rude. They basically throw your groceries at you and can't even manage a smile. I don't need all checkout people to be as friendly as the ones at Trader Joe's, but the people working here seem absolutely miserable. Maybe everyone would be happier if they turned some of those registers into self checkout kiosks."

"The day I visited Whole Foods, it was low in stock on many items I was looking for. The store was very organized and clean. I’m not sure if they have a bathroom. It wasn’t crowded during shopping. However when I got ready to check out. The lines were very long. They only had two cashiers working. Then eventually more cashiers came. It took twenty minutes to check out. I wish I came a different day."
