"2/20/2024.The sales spend long time to find my record and doubt my insurance. The lady who do the eye exam (Ophthalmologist )is so rude and unprofessional.She want check my eye right away after I take off the contact. That made my eye so dry and itch. I said I want relaxing 5mins. But She said Needn’t. The shop will be closing soon, that’s why she don’t want spend time on me.The shop only wants money /business.The lady speak Cantonese and English . She will laugh at you if u not good at English.Don’t go there."

"I went in to get my sunglasses repaired. One of the nose pads on my Prada was missing so they gave me new pair and installed it right away. The staffs were very kind, friendly and welcoming both times I walked in. The service was quick and excellent. They keep the place very tidy and clean. I also checked out their sunglasses which they did have a large variety on display and many selections of prescription wear glasses as well. In all am very satisfied. I will be coming back and highly recommend!"
