"Recently visited this salon. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. However, was quoted one price then once my hair was being washed, I was quoted $50 more than original price bc of having "a lot of hair". No deep conditioning just a wash and blow and I thought nearly $200 was a bit much. Hair looked nice and I was happy. Once I got home, my sister realized their was a bald spot in the middle of my hair. I assume from all the heat used. I am so angry and if I could go back in time, I would not have walked into this salon. Hoping my hair grows back in this bald spot. Quickly. Never again. Additionally: To the salons response. Don't insult my intelligence. I've had healthy thick hair all my life. Never had any hair loss on my natural hair. The services at this salon caused a bald spot because I sure did not walk in with that bald spot on the back of my head. Do not insult me by suggesting I see a dermatologist!!!"

"CCA is definitely the hair salon you want to come ! I have been coming to this salon for the past 3 years and the experience with Carmen and the rest of her staff has been wonderful. Carmen and her staff make sure that they give you the best care for your hair:. one of the things that I personally admire with this salon is that it doesn’t matter what is the texture of your hair they are able to work with your hair and live you looking beautiful. Carmen has very good products for your hair and the salon is beautiful and very very clean. ❤️"

"My second time coming here, I actually love the environment very professional and comfortable. However, I have kinky hair I feel they don’t know how to handle it, would advise to learn how to cater not to just one specific type of hair but all types. I felt as she was combing my hair couldn’t help but feel and see she’s breaking it, and while she was nice about me explaining she didn’t know how to manage it. I also went to get my hair blow dry and flat iron and it didn’t even looked as if she flat ironed, had the same puffy blow out look. Take your time when flat ironing what’s the rush? If I’m going to be paying an amount I expect for the job to be neat start to finish."

"You should try this beauty salon. At first, I did not know where to get a purplish balayage, but I read good recommendations about this place and decided to give it a try. I had a free initial consultation to discuss my ideas for color and style. The staff is very welcoming, they take all safety measures, specially now with the pandemic. The atmosphere is pleasant, with good music and even a complimentary glass of wine. I had a wonderful experience and the results exceeded my expectations. I love my hair. I definitely recommend CCA Beauty, an excellent service at a very affordable price."
