"Everyone I've dealt with for my son's care was phenomenal. Made an appointment for hygienist, and separate appointment for oral surgery. We've had to reschedule the surgery into another office even further away. Now that surgery is scheduled for this Friday, and his hygienist appointment is next Wednesday. Nobody answers the phone when I call to see about pushing the hygienist appointment back away from surgery date......"

"When I’m in there, it’s great. However, my upcoming appointments were canceled for an “unknown period of time”. So, where does that leave their clients? In limbo mode? I feel they should have squeezed their clients in another Aspen location due to these issues. Not providing another appointment leaves those of us that had previously made appointments & we’re waiting to couple months to be seen are now experiencing such a gap in care"

"I am very happy with the service I got from Aspen dental (Hudson NY). They are thorough, they keep up with technology and they know their stuff. But I am unhappy because when my wife went for her appointment today, she found out that the office was closed for an indefinite amount of time "due to covid". I think they should pay the patients that they didn't notify the $25 that they would charge us for not making our appointment."

"I had a decent first appointment with Aspen Dental, but my second would-be appointment has been very negative. I scheduled an appointment online for severe tooth pain for 2:30 the following day. I got a text in the morning that my appointment was at 9am, despite the confirmation email for 2:30. When I called the office, I was told that they don't in fact have a doctor until January - two months from now. They had zero explanation for why the online appointment was confirmed (and then somehow mistaken), and I was basically left to pound sand with really severe tooth pain. It feels a bit like boxcar healthcare."

"Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Extremely pleased with the hygienist. (Rebecca) She was very personable and professional. I was very comfortable at all times. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She explained any medical issues clearly and explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand."
