"I’m really aggravated….. this dentist I’ve been seeing has been doing a great job! He’s been doing root canals on my front teeth okay…. He puts temporary crowns over them every time he does one, says he will order permanent crowns when he’s finished with his work …. The temporary crowns have fallen out a few times and he’s replaced them no problem… he shaves them down to fit, well this last time they all fell out within the first 48 hours, and one of my teeth hurt, so I called and told them at the front desk what was going on and they said it would be taken care of at my next appointment, well… my next appointment came and ended up being with a different dentist, in the same office, I told him about my temporary crowns falling out, and he said my insurance would have to approve new temporary crowns… which makes no sense because they didn’t have to approve it the first 2 or 3 times I had them replaced after they fell out …All that tells me is that this dentist just didn’t feel like shaving down the temporary crowns for me….or he was too busy and couldn’t be bothered … which is absolutely the attitude he showed when I told him “that makes no sense” Now I have to wait over a month with these ugly pointed shaved down teeth in the front of my face, I cannot even begin to want to smile…Christmas photos? Forget about it….I’m having a hard time pronouncing certain words without it sounding like I have a lisp… Everybody knows I love to sing an make frequent videos of it and it’s even effecting that… my broken teeth looked better then having these shaved down points that keep poking my tongue, I can barely chew food except on one side, my two front teeth are also crowns from a different dentist, so I cannot use those to bite into things with…. It’s honestly just turning into a nightmare and I’m hoping that the normal dentist I’ve been seeing will put the temporary crowns back on at my next appointment. Here’s a photo of how I left the office after my last root canal with DR Steinburg who showed complete disregard for how I felt when he worked on me…Am now I’ve been filled with an unbelievable amount of anxiety, an sadness every single day from it, I cannot sing properly with my mouth this way cannot smile in photos or videos nor pronounce certain words with out a lisp…. Have even started seeing a therapist about it …. I keep getting re assured that hopefully the dentist I’ve been seeing will replace my temporary crowns until he orders the permanent ones, but even with the assurance it has taken a huge toll on my everyday normalities , tears rolling as I type this. Even my insurance company when I called and asked them about this said it makes no sense as to why he couldn’t replace the temporary crowns that had initially been put on in the same office if they planned on ordering me permanent ones"

"Very nice people in the office and dental assistants as well as the dentist himself. He explained everything in a way I could understand and my financial options. I have a cleaning tomorrow because they had a cancellation and offered it to me at the end of my check up today. I am very happy with them so far."

"The young woman who did my intake and took my x rays was erratic and even though she was sweet, she seemed rushed and nervous which made me feel very nervous. She must’ve made some mistakes because the x rays had to be redone. I noticed some of the exam instruments were dirty while I was sitting in the chair. The dentist didn’t introduce himself to me and really didn’t address me at all. After he told the assistant to send off to my insurance for approval for a crown, I asked what the procedure entailed and he seemed frustrated and proceeded to give me a convoluted explanation. I’m not returning. The whole experience left me feeling dehumanized and unnerved."

"I went here cause it was the only one I could find to take my insurance. First few visits was amazing. After that idk what happened it just went down hill. They are absolutely horrible. I love love love going to the dentist. Never have had issues the way I have here. I have lupus and sadly it attacks my teeth. So I’m in alot. I needed a tooth caped and a female doctor worked on it. It was the worst experience of my life. I felt everything even after 4 needles in my mouth and she got it into my bloodstream I thought I was gonna pass out. It was such a horrible feeling. 35 years and I’ve never experienced that. So the tooth was never fixed properly still hurts so I brought it up and they refused to fix it till my insurance covered it even tho it was their mess up. Was finally approved and they told me I had to pay out of pocket first and then I’ll get a check. I’m a single mom I don’t have 1800$ to drop on ONE TOOTH. Again my insurance approved to pay it. But that doctor wanted payment right away. I went in another time to have a tooth removed. And the doctor told me he wouldn’t remove it and gave me stuff about it will make my face permanently numb. Like how is there no way to remove a tooth without that happening. So I have never had this much pain in my mouth as I have since I started going here. I do have to say the woman who cleans my teeth is absolutely fantastic."
