"I do not take giving a less than stellar review lightly. That being said, I can only share the experiences that I have had there. I started going there at the beginning of the year to start work for an implant. Every single appointment that I have had has been rescheduled at least once. Every single one! I went there this morning for an 8:20 AM appointment. The receptionist did not even bother to check me in as she was cleaning. She told me she would be with me in just a second. The TV was blaring so loudly that it was overwhelming. I feel sorry for anybody who has sensory issues and goes there. I finally went up to the desk at 8:40 AM to tell them that I could not wait any longer because I had to be somewhere else at 9 AM. I should also note that there was only one other patient in the office at the time. When I started to complain, two different people came out to take me immediately. But at that point I did not have time. I told them I am only available on Thursdays and Fridays and they told me I could come back on next Monday.I live 45 minutes away so it was a wasted trip! Needless to say, I doubt I will be returning at all. They are very unorganized between all of the appointment changes and not even being able to maintain a schedule that early in the morning. I can only imagine how long of a wait it would be further out in the day."

"I called the office, got an appointment right away. They sent me all the paperwork before hand. Once I arrived for my appointment it was smooth from start to finish. The dentist and dentist assistant were great. The front desk was not to talkative. I had to ask the one girl questions like do you need copies of my cards since I have two insurance. Looking past that I’d recommend them."
