"This place is very cozy. We stayed when it was cold out. The restaurant and bar area was heated by a fireplace. The staff was friendly and professional. We had so much fun joking around and talking. The room was also very cozy and clean. I would stay again if ever I go back to Niagara Falls."
"We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was a beautiful, cozy and comfortable “home away from home.” I brought my elderly mother with us. She had no problems getting around as it is very close to the falls and Goat Island. The breakfast was amazing, and the servers for breakfast were outstanding. We had dinner there once and the food was just okay. For the price, the food should have been excellent. For this reason, we didn’t go back for dinner or lunch again. We only went back for breakfast. The look and feel of the place was something out of a fairytale. It was very well put together. The staff were very helpful. Dez was amazing when we needed a couple of things in the evening. The young lady that checked us in was very nice, polite and looked like she loved working there. All in all it was a wonderful experience for us! We will definitely be back!"
